Key details

Tagging your listing with key details help make it clear to teachers the type of resource it is you're selling and it's suitability for their classroom.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: When selecting from the drop-down lists, start typing for what you're looking for to quickly filter through the options.

Let us know if we're missing an option which prevents you from accurately tagging your listing.

Year levels

Add up to 4 year levels that the resource is designed for. If it's a general-purpose resource, select 'General'.

Teachers can filter on this from the search results page, so it's important to tag accurately.

Subjects

Add up to 3 that the resource is made for. If you can't find a relevant subject, select 'Other'.

Resource type

Select the type of resource you are selling. This will be displayed in your products listing card in the search results and other pages such as the home page.

Suggestion: Use the 'Does your resource fit into any other categories?' to select up to 2 other types if your resource can be categorised by more than 1 type. These will be displayed in the products listing page.


Curriculum Details

Providing the curriculum details to our audience of Aussie teachers is a key element to helping them find what they need.

Curriculum Alignment

Select the Australian Curriculum or relevant state curriculum for which the resource is designed for. If it's a general-purpose resource such as Clip Art, select 'N/A'.

Teachers can filter on this from the search results page, so it's important to tag accurately.

Curriculum Versions

Select the appropriate version(s).

Curriculum Achievement Standards

Type to filter through the list of codes and descriptions which have been provided by the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority.

These extra peices of information give a teacher more context and application use for the resource your selling.

Learning Setting

If the resource is designed for partners or whole class, let teachers know.

Theme/Event/Celebration

If the resource suits a particular theme, celebration, special occasion, event, use this field to tag your resource with the applicable option. You can tag up to 3.

If the resource is designed to meeting a certain learning need, tag the resource accordingly.

Page Count

Let teachers know what to expect before they purchase. How many pages can they expect? Are some black and white? Do you have multiple files with different page counts?
