At TeachBuySell, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality of resources for our community.

That's why our process for becoming a verified seller includes a review of your first listing by a specialised team of primary teachers.

This article explains why we do this, how it works, and the benefits it brings to you as a seller.

Why We Review Your First Resource

Quality Assurance ✅

Our aim is to maintain a high standard of resources on TeachBuySell. By reviewing your first listing, we ensure that it meets our quality criteria.

Building Buyer Trust 🤝

Trust is key. Our review process assures buyers that every seller has been carefully checked, boosting their confidence in every purchase.

Seller Success 🌟

We believe in setting our sellers up for success. This review process helps us provide you with valuable feedback that can improve your offerings and sales potential.

The Review Process

  1. Submission: When you publish your first resource, i.e. you click the 'Publish' button at the end of creating a listing, it enters a 'Pending Approval' status.

  2. Expert Review: A team of experienced teachers will then evaluate your listing, including the resource files, based on various criteria such as content accuracy, relevance, visual appeal, and educational value.

  3. Feedback: If your resource meets our standards, it will be approved. If there are areas for improvement, we’ll provide constructive feedback.

🔍 Before submitting, please review our quality standards to ensure your resource aligns with them.

What Happens After Review

Once we've completed the review, we'll notify you via email.

If your resource is approved, it will immediately go live on TeachBuySell, and you'll become a verified seller with the freedom to publish additional resources without going through the review process again.

Should revisions be necessary, the email will include guidance on the required changes. You can then resubmit your resource for another review after making relevant updates.
